President Donald Trump ran on a promise to bring the troops home and he has been doing exactly that. For defying the foreign policy wonks yet again and not doing what the “experts” think he should do, Trump is being treated to yet another RUSSIA hoax. Maybe they should impeach him! The tale of some secret Russian military unit paying secret bounties to the Taliban for the deaths of American soldiers has completely fallen apart. Even the Taliban are debunking the story, while the media continues to cling to it.

After the Taliban regime refused to turn bin Laden over to the US after 9/11, America smashed the regime in an act of righteous vengeance. Almost 20 years later, the obvious question that Trump is asking is, “Why are we still in this dump?”

More than 60% of Afghanistan’s population is now under 25 years of age – they’re too young to even remember being under Taliban rule. After all the blood and treasure that America has dropped in the sand over there, it’s probably time for Kabul to put on its big boy pants and stand up on its own. Or not. Either way, after 20 years it should now be an “Afghanistan problem” and not an “America problem.” America has a much bigger threat to worry about these days in Communist China, without having to continue policing a bunch of guys on camels.

Over the last four months, Trump has shrunk the size of American forces in Afghanistan to just over 8,000 troops – the lowest number since the war began. Trump hopes to have them all home by next February. The Russian bounty hoax is the result of that progress. The permanent bureaucracy in DC is infuriated that Trump, once again, is trying to conduct American foreign policy. That’s their job!

When news of the Russian bounty hoax first broke, Congressman Devin Nunes (R-CA) noted that the story had all the same hallmarks as the Russian collusion hoax. It was the same reporters using “anonymous sources.” Eric Schmitt of the New York Times was the one who wrote the first attack on Gen. Mike Flynn back in 2017 – which just wrapped up with the case against Flynn being dropped last month.

Eric Schmitt still works at the New York Times today, because you can’t lose your job for lying about the Trump administration apparently. Schmitt is the one who “broke” the Russian bounty story using, once again, “anonymous sources.”

Eric Schmitt is one of the highest-paid reporters working at the New York Times. The Times itself pays him in the same range as all the other reporters, but Eric Schmitt has a sweet deal in which he’s allowed to moonlight at something called the Center for a New American Security (CNAS). Schmitt has been a writer-in-residence at CNAS since 2015, where he’s being paid to write a book about national security. Oh, and CNAS is funded by George Soros.

Trump has weakened the Obama holdovers in the administration and the Deep State so much that the Russian bounty story immediately fell apart. National Security Director John Ratcliffe has announced that the hunt is on for the person who leaked the bogus story to Schmitt at the Times. Ratcliffe also notes that the leak compromised a national security investigation of some sort, so they’re going to go after the leaker with a vengeance.

The Russian bounty story was immediately denounced by the Russians, who called the story “absolute BS.” Even the Taliban have debunked the story, which is something that the fact checkers at the New York Times didn’t bother to do. A Taliban spokesman said, “These rumors are being circulated to create hurdles for the departure of American troops, to weaken and confuse advocates of peace in America.”

The Enemy of the People garbage media in America has become so rotten-to-the-core that the Taliban are now more honest than them. Permanent Washington is furious that Trump wants to take the country in a         different foreign policy directions than all of their “experts.”

Impeachment kook Adam Schiff knew about the rumors of this “Russian bounty” hoax back in February. But he never told Congress about it, never asked for a follow-up briefing from the intelligence community and never did anything. That’s incredibly telling. Schiff already knew the plan – whatever the Russian bounty hoax plan is from this point. We’re probably headed for another impeachment, just in time for the election.
